Apple and Raspberry Crumble

Apple raspberry crumble The pictures do not do this crumble justice! I made this in the smallest Pyrex dish I have and my husband and I halved it… don’t judge us until you’ve tried it! 


1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced 

Handful of raspberries 

100g plain flour

50g golden caster sugar 

50g cold butter 


Preheat oven to 180C

1. Place the diced apples and raspberries in a small oven proof dish. 

2. In a separate bowl, rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs, mix in the sugar. Alternatively blitz the whole lot in a food processor. 

3. Cover the fruit with the topping and bake for 40 minutes until the crumble topping is golden. 

Serve warm with cream/ice cream/custard 😉
